Three Quick Steps to Better Boundaries…These Also Double As Cool Party Tricks


A number of questions and inquiries were spurred after my two most recent blog posts on the solar plexus and sacral chakras. A common request was, “How do I realistically stay in my center and act like myself in every aspect of my life?” The common denominator between these two areas is boundaries. We need a strong sense of ourselves and strong self-esteem (solar plexus) to know our wants, needs, and limits.  Once we have that awareness, it makes it easier to experience how we sense, feel about, and react to the people around us (sacral).  Strong boundaries are a very practical, and extremely useful, place to start.

  2. Good ones, Jess!! I have actually gotten much better at saying “no” in the last 2 or 3 years. I am looking forward to trying #2 on several people to see if it changes from person to person.
