Join Ron Ryan, MMEd and Jess Ryan, MS, LPC, 500ERYT to experience the joyful chanting meditation called kirtan. Kirtan is an ancient practice in the Bhakti yoga tradition that is intended to increase connection to your source, release energetic blocks, and raise the vibration of energy in the body.Chanting kirtan melts away the veil of your everyday self and brings you in touch with your divine center. We go inward to discover our inner peace and light so that we can bring it forward into the world.Be prepared to sit comfortably on the floor or contact Blossom Yoga Cheyenne to request a folding chair.
